« Staff was great, friendly & helpful, room was clean and nice. Loved the balcony from the room. 4th floor was under construction, so that’s always a bummer. And the elevators were kind of worrisome with how much they shook. Overall great trip. Would definitely look into staying there again once construction is finished. »

« The room is very average for the price. The personnel at the reception was also average. One person was very friendly but wasn’t very competent. The other one, later in the day, was not that friendly and didn’t seem to know what smiling was. We couldn’t dial a local number from our room. Not that we didn’t know how to do it but because the system wasn’t functioning properly. When we asked her to do it from the main desk we were certain we were bothering her and she put the phone at our disposal...
