The room was clean but the elevators were in bad shape, the key didn't work to get in the building, my key didn't work to get in my room, (but they did send someone with a new key), the carpet was absolutely filthy, and my room smelled dirty even though it appeared to be clean. The other one, later in the day, was not that friendly and didn’t seem to know what smiling was. We couldn’t dial a local number from our room.
