„Great location and amenities. Unfortunately there is no insulation between floors and there was a very loud group above us one of the nights and it was quite disturbing. I don’t think it was a party, but they were speaking very loudly. I did notify management but honestly I don’t think the group was having a party, it’s just that the lack of insulation is problematic. Be aware that one of the bedrooms does not have a full wall so noises from the living area can be clearly heard in that bedroom.  ...

„Didn’t get to code on time to get checked in. Waited 20 min at the door in the heat. Someone who lived at the property let us in. I reached out to them earlier in the day to ask for an earlier check in because my mom wasn’t feeling well. I literally had to argue with the rep to give us more towels. The refused to give me another blanket. Apartment is not handicapped accessible. Had to walk 4 flights of stairs with luggage and my elderly mother. The whole process the worst ever. „Communication with the host was top notch. She responded in a timely matter each time and explained in detail any question I needed answered.We did have several issues regarding our stay. The listing did not state that the property had no elevators to the 3rd floor where our room was located. We had to drag very heavy luggage up 3 flights. Some of the blinds were damaged as well. Also, we were eye level with the train that passed, at times every 5 minutes. So the noise was on another level. They ...

„This VRBO was perfect for our family as we visited our college student in downtown Chicago. Plenty of space, sparkling clean, comfy beds. Only two things that I think could be improved/better communicated: only one key card is provided, and the beds are full size not queen (but they were SUPER comfortable!!!)“
