« Property is exactly as described. Clean, comfy and well-appointed. Very close access to CTA Red Line, this made travelling downtown daily a breeze. We would definitely book again! »

« It was super close to the united center which we were in town for an event at. House was clean and had plenty of space for us and a back yard sitting area. Was nice to have two bathrooms!Checking in was easy and we never had any issues. »

« We had birthdays for two people in our friend group and this place was truly so fit for the celebration! The space is well decorated, well cleaned, and well lit. We had a lot of fun touring the space and jumping between rooms and floors. The walk to rainbow beach was easy to follow. Host is very clear and consistent with communication. They’re very sincere in their efforts to improve the place and make sure there’s no misunderstandings. Truly, thank you so much for your space. We’d love to come...

« Three weeks later tries to say we didn't pay when we have emails/proof saying otherwise. We checked in at the time, and some guy just comes in the backdoor with towels. Upon checkout, says we didn't leave the key & they had to get a locksmith - we literally saw someone come in with a key (man with towels at check in). Scary neighborhood, misleading advertising, terrible communication. »

« There was room enough for everyone. I like the recording ring doorbell. I like bathroom connect to bedroom. I didn’t like the wide open vent in the floor leading to bathroom. The bathroom door is on backwards. The coffee pot was molded. There were plenty of towels and washcloths. The bed is too close to the wall. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I probably would stay there again but the price was high for the condition of the house. This house needs a lot of maintenance. »

« Great little place. I enjoyed being able to cook but you gotta bring your own spices and olive oil if you are a serious cook as only salt and pepper are available. Great privacy. The highway is quite noisy so hanging outside is not really pleasant »

« Our family of 4 plus dog had a great stay. Easy drive into Chicago. The neighborhood is very quiet and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Interior of the house is nicely done with newer appliances and 4 bedrooms with queen beds in each room. Would stay there again. The grill was missing a propane tank but that was minor and Host offered to bring one for us. »

« Stayed in this beautiful home with my family to attend an out of state wedding for us. We truly enjoyed the home! We had 7 adults stay and had plenty of space. The house has a stocked kitchen, plenty of hanging out space to relax and visit with family, huge closets, and plenty of towels and linens. The house is new and very clean! There is a tv in every bedroom!! My adult son and his cousin enjoyed the downstairs area with the pool/ping ping table! Great asset on hot summer days for some down...

« We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a great area - walking distance to several great restaurant options! Our only frustrations were the lack of toilet paper (2 rolls for 5 people staying for 5 days) and lack of supplies for the oven (cookware only available for stovetop). Other than that, I'd highly recommend staying here. »

« Listed as private home , once you get there and read the house rules it states shared refrigerator with owner. Owner comes in while you are gone and turns off all lights and the Ac, even goes into your locked room to turn off ac. »

« Yes this property isn't in the best area, but the house itself is amazing. The beds are comfortable. The fire pit is nice and they even have a s'mores kit! There are games, balls and a hula hoop for the kids. We stayed here to see Beyonce in Chicago and we'd do it again. Even had a free parkpass to get to the beaches l. It's a 10/10 »
