☆ Topaz is a three-level townhouse and requires stairs.

☆ It shares a wall with the neighboring Sapphire Owl townhouse.

☆ The back of the property overlooks West Jefferson municipal property, including a playground, sports fields, library, and a well-maintained public cemetery, with long-range mountain views beyond.

☆ Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.

☆ Up to two approved dogs are welcome with the applicable pet fee.

☆ Exterior security cameras and a noise monitor are used for property security and neighborhood noise compliance.

☆ No smoking or vaping is permitted on the property.

☆ A $500 security hold is required before arrival.

☆ Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
