« The pool area was so great for my kids during a trip back to visit family and friends. It gave them something to be excited about during a long visit with lots of people they didn't know very well :) The hotel is beautiful for this price range. Some of the carpets were pretty worn but overall, it was stylish and very nice. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. »

« Check in took forever and was a joke, the lady at the front desk could have used help with everyone checking in on Memorial weekend. Exterior Door number 3 doesn’t lock all the time and the key cards don’t work well. Not to worry though folks, we just got new cards without verifying that we were staying in those rooms! No questions asked on 3 different occasions, all different people working. No one asked for ID or even if our names matched the room… They didn’t care when this was brought up....
