« We had a wonderful stay. The cabin's location & setting is great: surrounded by trees, no neighbors, easy drive to the lake and mountain. The house is well appointed: nice amenities and decor. The host is very responsive. Would come back if we return to Deep Creek! »

« The cabin was cozy, but we never felt cramped. The screened in porch was VERY nice and the rockers were just perfect on the porch. We used the indoor fireplace and the grill. The grill was clean and there was equipment for its use and the kitchen had high quality pots and pans. We had to contact the host with a question, Tony was very responsive and asked more than once if we needed anything. We found everything was as stated in description.We did not use the hot tub. »

« We stayed here as a nice Christmas getaway weekend for our family. We booked tickets on The Polar Express train in Cumberland, MD, so this was a great location for both our event and to explore Cumberland. Very clean and cozy place to stay as temperatures fell into the teens. We toasted marshmallows at the firepit and enjoyed the hot tub as snow fell around us. « We were very dissapointed. From the outside, the screened in porch needs repaired, holes everywhere, leaves and old cobwebs had not been swept out, chairs were filthy. Hot tub was dirty with dirt/sand in the bottom of it so we didnt get to use it. From the inside, kitchen counter looked clean until we wiped it off, stove and microwave were greasy. « This location was bare bones. When we booked our stay, we noted that we would have four people. At the home, there were limited amount of utensils (4 forks to be exact!), requiring us to wash utensils every other snack. »
