« The place was very cute, well decorated, the kitchen had way more supplies stored under the sink than what was in the pictures, and the temperature/air flow was easy to adjust. « Red flags from the get go. Host did not respond to messages prior to check in until I finally called her at which time she said something rude and hung up on me. I called back and explained who i was and then she was polite. 30 mins prior to check in we got a message that check in would be delayed from 330p to 5pm due to a broken pipe. Unable to check in at 5pm due to an event we arrived at 1030p, she had given the wrong code for the lockbox. Did respond back with correct code. Entry via...

« Check in details were provided only a few days before our arrival and only after we reached out to inquire. Photos did not include exterior photos of the home so it wasn’t very easy to find, nor were the instructions clear that the “front door” is actually the second floor so instead we walked in to the unfinished basement (also not included in the photos) which made us concerned we were walking in to the wrong house! House was also not very clean unfortunately! »
