« The small house is quaint and very clean. Love the ambiance and amenities. Everything was very good. My only TINY grumble would be no TV in the bedroom. I highly recommend. »

« The property is the perfect spot for sitting in nature and enjoying some quiet. I spent most of my time listening to the birds (Summer Tanager, Indigo Buntings, Cardinals very vocal Barred owls, etc.) and watching the sun set over the hills. I couldn't ask for a better stay! The host is very kind and the description of the cabin and area is very accurate. I hope to return at some point in the future. »

« yes the rooms was clean the host was very helpful we clean all the cobwebs of the porch used a broom and sweep them away no big deal had a grate time at the cottage thanks »

This cottage is charming and the surrounding property views are amazing!Kim was always kind and had everything in place that we could possible want, including some delicious blueberry muffins. « Very clean and charming cottage with a view of Lake Barkley. Easy to find and good location. Marina was only 10-15min drive. Beautiful screen porch with lots of space for relaxing and watching the boats go by. »

« We stayed in the “tiny house” on the property and it was exactly like the pics. Clean, well-stocked with necessities, and all the comforts. Plus a nice deck with a beautiful view. The resort is laid back and peaceful. Not fancy but very well-kept! Reminded me of being at summer camp with the cabins and lake 😊. We rented kayaks and a pontoon boat, which was super easy. Thanks for the great week, Dennis! (and everyone else…) »

« The house in the pictures is not the house at the listed address and someone actually lives there. I don't know why VRBO hasn't taken this listing off the website. I tried to contact the owner several times the day before check and and the day of - no response. When we arrived at the address, there a lot of stuff (junk) in the yard, a junked car in the drive and a large aggressive dog to meet us. Needless to say, we did not get out of your car. We contacted VRBO that told us the owners phone...
