« This unit was clean and the property managers created an easy check in/check out process (without an excessive list of check out responsibilities). This is a basement unit with larger windows. The ad shows a lot of cozy throw blankets and we loved this vibe however there were no throw blankets on site - not a "make it or break" it detail but we were a bit disappointed. If you are looking for a good, basic suite, you will be satisfied with this one. »

The door was wide open and neither we (nor the people in the upper apt.) had a key. Called the "host" and asked for a key to be provided.Response was that we should continue with our plans to go out as "only the people upstairs had access" and they had been checked out - required several calls to finally get the key and secure our "private" apt. ...
