« Communication with the host was top notch. She responded in a timely matter each time and explained in detail any question I needed answered.We did have several issues regarding our stay. The listing did not state that the property had no elevators to the 3rd floor where our room was located. We had to drag very heavy luggage up 3 flights. Some of the blinds were damaged as well. « The parking situation is pretty rough. You have to park a half a mile away from the property. The room looks very luxurious in the pictures. However, once you get there, it does show some age and you can hear the other guest from above and below at all night not to mention that the city sounds are in full effect horns and traffic all night long and it’s difficult to get the room dark »
