« We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend at the Northwoods cabin! The neighborhood surrounding the cabin was quiet and peaceful so I took advantage of that and went for many walks!Additionally my kids kayaked and paddle boarded in the lake in the backyard. Luckily there was a boat rental, and we were able to rent a pontoon for the day! We had beautiful weather and were able to check out the chain of lakes. « The cabin is extremely clean, well stocked with kitchen essentials for cooking & the beds comfortable. We could not connect to WiFi, however, & our questions to host weren’t answered. If you plan to work from cabin or need WiFi, make arrangements ahead to ensure connectivity. This was a minor issue for us & overall enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend this place. »

« We stayed in the cabin for 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed its authentic atmosphere. The cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great—peaceful and quiet, and very close to the lake. We especially enjoyed using the kayak and pedal boat. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would gladly recommend it! »

« The renovated Barn was beautiful. It had everything we needed. The views of the river were gorgeous it is in a central location very quiet. The extra shed was nice to spend time in because one of my sons is allergic to mosquitoes . We also had an amazing adventure on the river. We rescued a barn owl that was stuck in fishing line hanging from a tree. So amazing. We would stay here in a heartbeat again. »
