I had a less than satisfactory experience. Firstly, the cleanliness of the hotel rooms was a major concern. The rooms were not properly cleaned, which was quite disappointing. Another issue I encountered was with the food selection in the buffet area. It was very limited, and the options were not up to par with what one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. There are no bartenders on the beach either. This was quite disappointing as I had hoped for a more varied and enjoyable dining experience during my stay. Furthermore, I must caution future guests not to believe the hotel staff when they claim to assist with arranging taxis when you're ready to return to the hotel from venturing out. Taxis are NOT readily available at night. When my friend tried to contact the staff for a taxi, they did not answer the phone. In fact, my friends and I had to walk half a mile to another hotel before finally getting a taxi. She even showed her phone to the hotel staff upon arrival that she had been on hold for 29 minutes. It was disheartening to see that the staff member, Niasson, seemed unresponsive and unhelpful in this regard. On a positive note, the beach area near the seafood restaurant was quite nice. The beach had fewer rocks compared to other areas, making it a pleasant spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, while Curacao itself was a beautiful destination, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Hotel is nice overall. However, we chose a room with an ocean view only to get a room overlooking the roof of the buffet and then a tiny ocean view. Staff was unwilling to accommodate us with another room or discount our " upgraded room." Restaurants and food are average at best. Limited menu outside the buffet. Buffet does have many options. Staff was not very friendly.

It would have been easily a 5 star if it wasn't for the specialty restaurants. The Hotel is beautiful and super clean. The only downside is the restaurants. The Sushi place takes a long time for service. No one comes to you to offer you a drink or tell you that food is taking long. On the Italian restaurant the dishes are tiny. Your best bet is to dine at the buffet. That was excellent and have lots of choices.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! I believe I choose the perfect place for my belated birthday; my birthday is in March and this year I decided to celebrate it later in April (due to the cost in March). The property is gorgeous, the staff was amazing, and Teddy (the pool bartender) was the best!! I'm definitely looking to return next year, maybe for my actual birthday. The only thing I did not like is that I don't get my Hilton points for the stay.

Very clean rooms and grounds..Staff very impressive..They were eager to answer any questions and to help in any situation. Food was excellent..only negative was the evening music at beach which interrupted our 9pm bedtime for children and sometimes annoying.

I celebrated my birthday here and loved the place and the people; the convenience of having so many things being within walking distance, or having the option to call an available taxi service was great. My only big complaint was that 2 of the 5 restaurants available at this property require that prior reservations be made, however, for my entire stay there, they were completely booked and I was never able to eat there. The BBQ and Italian Restaurant which I was most looking forward to trying, left me extremely disappointed.

Do NOT stay here. We were on our honeymoon from April 16-22, 2024. One of the workers came into our room and stole money from my wallet and my fanny pack which were inside my bookbag. We had only two days left so we knew the staff was going to drag their feet about resolving the issue because our time was limited. We spent our last two days chasing managers, supervisors, Edwin, Jennifer (hotel managers), Julia, Duska Dirksz, Daniel (concierge managers), and Security manager Max who apparently is the ONLY one who has access to the camera, and videos footage. We were told all day Sunday that someone is working on seeing who tapped into our room from the tap card reader, just for them to tell us at 11pm that night that unfortunately they wasn’t able to get it done today and to have a little more patience as if we weren’t leaving the next morning. Their solution was to interview “interrogate” the person who came into our room to see if she would admit to stealing our money. (Yea right) Get this, supposedly this staff is already on probation, I can’t make this up! We left today April 22, 2024 at 11:00 AM. They told us they will be interrogate the worker at 2:00 and will email us with the outcome. SHOCKER ALERT! We landed and we received response that said “the worker had denied all doing and now the case is closed!” NOT!!! They didn’t offer us anything for our lost. You can tell this is not the first time and it sure won’t be the last.

Overall the resort was fine. The pool and beach were nice. The food and drinks were ok. My family loved the water slides. However, there wasn’t much entertainment which was disappointing.

First time going to this property, picked it due to the Hilton name, but I don’t find it lived up to the standards. The property is only 4 years old and is still in the learning phase. Check in for a gold member took about 30 minutes, as they only had one concierge available. The room was standard, but the safe and door lock were broken when we arrived at the room. Maintenance was very quick and took care of the problem within 2 hours.the food was good at all of the restaurants, but they often ran out of glassware and utensils. The main restaurant also had bird issues at breakfast and lunch. We had great service from Shana at the smoothie bar, Teddy at the Coco pool bar, Rafael at the Sushi Dushi and Mishmaella, at the main dining hall. If you needed to book reservations or get a car there was always lines. Curaçao was beautiful and the adventure we had going off the resort were amazing! I would recommend this place for families, as there were a lot of them. Was also wondering why the hotel does not off et a shuttle service to the airport, as most Hilton’s do? Cost of taxi is $35 US, both ways. We truly enjoyed our holiday, but will probably not be back to this property

The bed was very comfortable. The tap water is untreated. The food/ restaurants on the property are pretty good. The property size is small. The beach area is small and there are docked cruise ships daily in your view. Communications with this property are poor. Email responses are slow. Phone calls To onsite personnel are near impossible. Upon arrival, the front desk staff are terrific and very friendly. The Groove Diving shop on site, is also slow to respond and unreachable via WhatsApp. The drinks are average, the bartenders were inconsistent. They don’t have frozen beverages like daiquiris or mudslides. The pool area is awesome, the beach lagoon is rocky, the water park was fun. There is no game room. Overall the price was fair with the property, staff, food/drink.

Room was clean had no issues, the beach is underwhelming but chill. I recommend renting a car or moped to drive to the other beaches , definitely worth it. Food was good for all inclusive plenty of options sushi was the best but expect to wait in line and for your food to come out. Overall liked my stay here

Ericson at the pool bar is fantastic. All the other bartenders are very very slow. Staff is extremely rude, especially servers. The food was below average and all of the restaurants were extremely slow. You can only make reservations at certain times and even when you make them, it doesn’t necessarily mean you will have a spot. The main pool is too deep without a ledge going around the sides to help with that.. especially since this is a family resort. The water slides only entertained kids for maybe 30 minutes and they didn’t want to go back. It is definitely not a Hilton quality resort by any means. We will go back to the island but we will not go back there.

Review Corendon Mangrove was disappointing in relation to the price Luckily we got an upgrade to Corendon The Rif just next door and completely free. that totally saved our holiday. the upgrade was successful and saved our holiday. Corendon Mangrove does not have the radiation of a five star hotel The Rif,. Corendon Mangrove is less suitable for seniors. too much loud music. and the room of the Rif has more space. that makes the difference the bed the beds are not suitable for seniors, I am 68 years old and after 10 nights I was left with muscle pine. The pain makes it difficult for me to walk properly. I'm glad my stay has ended

We stayed at two hotels during our stay and unfortunately this hotel was not as great as we imagined. We really liked the convenience on being close to town and beaches we planned seeing as well as close to airport. So location was a plus. All inclusive food was good. Water park was great. The rest was poor. Service was not good, not friendly or helpful. Seemed like they don’t care and there is no menagment from above. Also understaffed. The whole resort seems to be not taken care off, it’s a beautiful hotel that definitely needs a good deep cleaning and some updates. We had a very bad service at the bbq restaurant. They didn’t take our order and served food. We were the only people with kids two little kids. One was crying as well so I have no idea how they didn’t notice us. We were also sitting in the middle second table from cook. Maybe you can blame it on being understaffed but while bringing this to menagment they also didn’t seem to care. Poor menagment and it’s a shame because this resort definitely has some potential. Our kid loved the waterpark and it was the best part of us staying there. Otherwise I would not recommend.
