For property security, 3 exterior Ring cameras are installed:

• Camera 1: Mounted on the front exterior of the building, monitoring the entrances to Apartments 1 and 2 and the adjacent street.

• Camera 2: Mounted on the side exterior of the building, monitoring the side walkway.

• Camera 3: Mounted on the rear exterior of the building, monitoring the parking area.

There are no interior security cameras.



HOUSE RULES

• Primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old.

• No parties or events.

• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.

• Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM.

• No smoking.

• Pets require prior approval.

• Please respect neighboring guests and residential surroundings.
