« If you’re looking for a quaint, little getaway, this is it! Before we ever checked in, the home owner was in contact with us making sure we knew everything we needed to know before our stay. Once we checked in, you could just tell how much the property owner and management company pays attention to details. We were greeted with a very informative binder that showed us all the ins and outs of the home. The garage is equipped with board games, beach toys, and a ping pong table….fun for everyone....

« Convenient location to downtown Fredericksburg. Safe neighborhood to walk in evening. Very clean with all conveniences. Only one small issue. TV was somewhat difficult to set up. Had to look up UTube directions to access ROKU. Would be helpful to have explicit directions available when guests arrive. »

« This is the cutest house with so many bedrooms. We loved the wallpaper, fancy carpet in the 2 living areas, all of it. I appreciate the many Keurig machines all over the place. The hot tubs were on when we arrived, which is nice. I would book this house again, the management is very responsive with any questions that you have. »
