The property is extremely beautiful. The place was very clean and a perfect getaway location. The home was nicely decorated. The actual yard and acreage is the real highlight because the giant live oaks are just magical. I had hoped to use the pool but a cold front came through and our 90 degree weather dropped to 60. Oh well, it made for lovely hot tub weather. Our dogs loved the property and I think they are depressed to be home. Since weather turned rainy we decided to spend the evening on the property instead of going out. It was a very relaxing evening . Even got to watch a thunderstorm roll in. The only drawback about staying in is that we used some pots and pans and several dishes. I like staying at Hill Country premier properties VRBO’s, and they require clean dishes when you leave. Not usually an issue, but there is no dishwasher which I didn’t really notice until after we made food. I am not a fan of handwashing dishes and there was no drying rack either. I got all our dishes washed up. But the scrabble to get all the dishes clean and the other tidying before the 10am check out was a bit stressful. But I always prefer a later checkout anyways, lol
