« The property has been renovated to a high standard but is missing essentials. We had no bathing soaps or other bathroom toiletries provided apart from one bottle of liquid hand soap, and apart from one king mattress, the mattresses were soft and floppy with edges which would lead to a person falling on the floor. Money has been spent to renovate the property to a high spec but it would nice if the furnishings were of a decent standard and basic essentials are provided in the kitchen and bathroom...
