„Sehr gutes und sauberes Hotel! Die Zimmer waren relativ groß und man hatte genügend Platz. Zu Fuß oder in einer Minute mit dem Auto ist ein Outlet Center. Dort gibt es sehr gute Angebote. Ruhige Gegend, wo man auch am Abend ohne bedenken einen kleinen Spaziergang machen kann. TOP und zu empfehlen.“

„The washer and dryer on the second floor were disappointingly dirty and disgusting. However, our room was very clean, with spotless white towels and fresh bedding. The pool area was nice, and the water was warm, which the kids really enjoyed. The reception staff made a great impression with their friendly service, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, despite the issue with the laundry area, we had a pleasant stay.“

„Breakfast was good - - a variety of different things. Rooms were clean. The walls had some visible areas where paint touchups are needed and had a weird ceiling light above the dresser but other than that it's a nice, affordable place to stay. Close to many of the places we wanted to go to, especially the Outlet.“

„The set up and cleanliness of the room was nice! However the beds were very hard and the staff were not helpful or very friendly and welcoming.“

„We tried to cancel our reservation because our greyhound bus was cancelled. We did not stay. We bought insurance but they did not offer us the cancellation request on Friday June 5 since it was 1.5 hours after check in time. Horrible customer service“

„I liked the access to a few other amenities in the Dells, which was included in our room charge. The rooms carpet could have used a deep cleaning, but other than that, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.“

„If you don't want a half hour walk from the parking lot to your room, don't stay here. Need escalators for real.“

„1.5 hours to check in, free breakfast ends at 9:30, 3 out of 4 gates to the pool locked permanently. Balcony door was virtually unable to open or close. Shower head was at chest height so washing our hair was a joke. TV made no sense. No clock in the room at all. No glasses. Towels were like sandpaper. Horrible landscaping plant some grass seed and pick up the trash. Way overpriced for what you get.“

„Be very careful!! Make sure you know if you’re not booking an actual hotel room (ie. a cabin or treehouse) know that there is no bathroom in your room. There is a common bathroom/showers on the campground. So, if you have the furthest cabin… you could be walking over a block to get to the bathroom! Also, bring your own towels. If you think the lake with the blow up obstacle course is on your property… think again. It’s about a 10 minute drive to a separate location.“
