„My husband and I stayed here over the holidays during the off season. Everything was exactly as stated and pictured. Great central location with lots of great restaurants, and a close walk to the beach. Bonus my dog loved the backyard. I ran into an issue with my car and the owner was great to work with and quick to respond.“

„Great location for our getaway to Waretown/Barnegat area .. We enjoyed watching the ducks from the back deck, lounging and relaxing outside, and the peacefulness of the community. The house was clean, and had every comfort of home you can think of! If you're looking for rest and relaxation, this is a great spot to unwind for sure!“

„As life can throw us curve balls, we needed a getaway. I looked for a quiet place close to the Nature places listed in the title to take pictures! This unit is very comfortable and has more of what you need than most places. Took a quick walk on the trails with the dog, very nice! I believe the black swans are the only two and are beautiful. We had a great meal at Oyster Creek, and there is a bakery in the Smithville shops. “

„Overall the house and area were nice, although the cleanliness of the house inside definitely needs some attention. The bedding/pillows seemed like they weren't washed(still had other people's hair on the pillows and under the sheets) bathroom sinks and shower still had hair in them. The refrigerator had a strong scent of rotted meat. The outdoor furniture was very dusty/dirty. I believe with a little better cleaning upon guest departures and arrivals this would be a great place.
