Beyond the Beach was a perfect spot for our family. Our kids loved relaxing in the pool and hot tub - even during the October rain! We were down the Cape for a soccer tournament and this house was a perfectly central location. It also made it much less stressful that we were able to bring the pups. I wish we could have stayed longer than a long weekend!

We were thoroughly impressed with the property and the fact that the hosts seemingly thought of everything and provided it. We were however caught off guard by the “ground floor” bedrooms being down a flight of stairs, in hindsight we did see mention of that in the listing but felt it was a little buried. Probably not a big deal for most guests but my 95 year old grandmother was less than thrilled.

Everything about the stay was perfect! From the location to the immaculate grounds, this was an amazing spot for our girls weekend. Great access to the local beaches - particularly convenient for our beach picnic at Mayflower and local markets and shops were close by. We lucked out with the weather were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub - perfectly heated for the 70 days and chilly nights. The wine and smores kit were such a nice touch! Particularly enjoyed the deck for our leisurely mornings. Perfect place to come down the cape for a long weekend getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Winslow Acres! The house had so many amenities such as spices in the kitchen, lots of towels, beach chairs and even a full coffee bar for us all to enjoy.The kids spent so much time in the hot tub and heated pool. The water temp was perfect. The homeowner told us he cleans out the hot tub between guests which we really appreciated.There was plenty of space for four adults and three children. The location in Yarmouth is perfect. It was only a 15-20 minute drive to get to many beaches, shops and the water park.We would absolutely stay again at Winslow Acres! Thanks so much for having us!

Beautiful Cape Cod Property

This was such an awesome property for my family of 8- all adults from 21 years and up. We got this house mainly for the pool and it did not disappoint! The pool was big, beautiful and clean. The pool area had everything you could want. The pictures show it all. We had fabulous days by the pool playing games and in the evening with the fire pit. The house was big, clean and comfortable. We love to cook and made wonderful dinners that we served on the beautiful deck which had seating for all! We ate 2 nights at awesome restaurants in the area. We were all happy with the beds and how comfortable they all were. We went to Mayflower beach and Seagull beach ( both only a few miles away). We preferred Seagull beach for our group which was on the Nantucket Sound side and not as crowded as Mayflower, we even left at almost noon and still had a place to park and plenty of space on the beach on a Friday. Mayflower beach is great for families with young children with wonderful sand bars at low tide . The owners were fantastic to communicate with- I could go on and on, but the description on their site says it all! Recommend 100%

An Amazing Stay!

We loved the spacious property and the outdoor amenities! The pool temperature was perfect for the fall and the hot tub was a blast. Also really enjoyed hanging at the fireplace. Indoors, it was comfortable with great tech available. neighborhood was quiet as well. Thank you for letting us stay!

Paradise by the Pool

We had a great week on the Cape! The house was so clean and the owners included so many nice personal touches to the property. The pool area was just ideal for hanging out and being with family. The bedrooms were a little small but the rest of the house and the yard more than made up for them! We would definitely recommend this house to others!

What a lovely house!

We really enjoyed our two nights in this house. It was comfortable, all amenities were available and thought through, and the interior decor was lovely. The hot tub got a lot of use during our trip - weather was nice but chilly so the extra heat was appreciated. We ate out one night and cooked in the second, enjoyed being able to do both. We are unfortunately not close to Cape Cod, came in from California for a wedding, but would happily stay here again if we have the opportunity to do so in the future.

Outdoor Oasis

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Property was very clean and well stocked. Very close to good restaurants and beaches. The real gem of this property is the outdoor area. We used the pool everyday played chess by the pool. Used the fire pit to enjoy s’mores provided by the owner. To top it all off the weather was wonderful.

We had a girls weekend here and even though the weather was gloomy, the heated pool and hot tub made it bearable. The home had everything we needed and the hosts were wonderful. Would absolutely recommend!

Love this property. Owners were very friendly and helpful with local recommendations for dining and activities. The house is in a great spot with privacy and quiet street. Beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. We had a fantastic weekend and wish we could have stayed longer!

Christmas getaway!

After losing a very important family member from COVID, my family and I decided to get away from reality and go away for Christmas. We couldn't have been happier with this home. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays and we even got to decorate the tree ourselves. The house was spotless and had so many fun games to play with the family. The host was super quick to respond to any questions and more accommodating than any host I've met. We can not wait to go back in the warmer months to enjoy the beautiful backyard and all of its activities!
