„The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.“

„We had an amazing stay in York! The house was comfortable for our family of 5. We walked to the beach and downtown easily with our beach gear, sometimes a couple times a day. My daughters and I left from the house and ran a 3.4 mile loop to the Nubble Lighthouse and back, so many beautiful views!
