„Clean and comfy room, we slept wonderfully well! Nice hot shower, plenty of towels and a kettle in the room. We enjoyed walking to Scarborough Castle, St. Mary’s church and around the Pier from this location. Thank you for a lovely stay! “

„Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Lounge area was lovely and if it had soft music playing would have been even better. This hotel is not for people who have difficulty with slopes or steps as it’s on the top of a hill and a fair walk from anything. The hotel rooms (we had a sea view room) are tired and need painting and mould and mildew spraying in the bathroom. The bed was comfy and the bedding and towels clean and soft. The clientele are from the Starwars bar and therefore were very ...

„Wenn man akzeptiert, dass der Vorhang auch bei geschlossenem Fenster wackelt, und sich warm anzieht, hat man ein stilvolles, typisch englisches Hotel mit sehr bemühtem Personal und hervorragendem Frühstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.“

„Compared to other hotels in Scarborough this one is a good choice. A friendly and professional welcome, a nice view, a large room. The downsides are the room is directly situated above the bar & garden which has customers drinking, laughing and yelling till midnight. Food is ok, but not great. The friendly receptionist is also a very good escalation manager and took the parking fee off the bill to make up for the noise.“

„Great little cottage in a lovely area, minutes from the beach. Great communication. Met all our needs, kitchen well supplied with all we needed. Cosy sofa and bed. Shame we couldn't use the courtyard but were told by a lady there that it was a private courtyard that she owned. She was quite rude. Did not put us off our holiday though. Will definitely book again.“
