Pool ques were all broke, no grill, valance on rear of couch unattached, stove light not working along with a few burners, master bedroom ceiling light not working, water in the two upper bathroom sinks comes out slow. „This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".) We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect! „This house is a great find! It’s a cozy spot with excellent use of space. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet, and the location puts you about 30-40 minutes from all things Pittsburgh. The house itself looks even better than advertised. It’s immaculate, the rooms are good sized and well decorated; the host provides everything from water and snacks to toothbrushes and other amenities.
