Zentral-Georgia Condos – Die perfekte Wohnung für Ihre Ferien finden

„Please stay away from this property! They take your damage deposit and then claim you’ve damaged something in their apartment (which there’s many things wrong) then they’ll say you did it, and not refund your money. You speak to woman in some other country with roosters crowing and other load noises going on. Plus they don’t know much English, except for I’m sorry and will get back with you. After 6 weeks of trying to explain this, I got frustrated and told them to keep my $212!! Rip off artists ...

„Very clean Communication is Excellent. Excellent host“

„Responsive & Accommodating host, but property did not match the listing! The host was responsive and communication was seamless, but that did not make up for the property’s condition or its misrepresentation. Although advertised as newly upgraded, the unit had old fixtures, a nearly stripped sink fixture, temperamental shower water, cracked shower tile, a dirty shower rug, and a mildew-smelling shower liner and curtain. „The condo fit all our needs and Rose was a great host. We arrived a little early and she unlocked the condo for us to drop our luggage. We went off the explore and find check out our Masters parking for the next day and when we returned -- she had left us 4 Masters themed iced sugar cookies and a nice book about the Masters. Such a sweet gesture!!! and the cookies were yummy! We appreciated the easy check out ... not alot of to-dos - so it was easy to leave and arrive at Augusta National ...

„The room was perfect for our stay. Clean and had everything we needed. Communication was a 10! Wish we were able to enjoy getting in the pool, it was closed because of the city, not because of the property. We were able to sit around the pool and it was nice. There are many places to eat at within walking distance. The covered parking is a plus!! Would stay here again.“

„It was very clean and cozy. Loved the location and view! We would stay again. “

„The host was delightful and communication was great. the only issue I had was the cleanliness. the towels smelled like mildew and were damp and covered in dog hair. it is a nice quiet place I just think the host may need to find a different cleaning crew. other than that it was a great stay and enjoyed it.“

„Would stay again, close to downtown. Very quiet neighborhood:)“

„Highly recommend! Great host very accommodating and very responsive! Will definitely be ba k. Very clean and great location!“

„Great place to stay. Good location in Athens and host is a good communicator.“

„Looks nice in the pictures, but furniture is all for show! The neighborhood was sketchy, there was a lot missing, the cleaning crew missed so many things. We found the following: ⁃ Towel that had long hairs entwined in it. ⁃ Towel with a booger encrusted on it ⁃ A bandaid stuck to the window ledge ⁃ A pair of dirty shorts at the head of the bed ⁃ Bathrooms dirty ⁃ Some trash in trash can ⁃ Dirty toilet - Dirty washcloths VRBO is cool when you’re going somewhere touristy, but I have ...
