« We were unable to access the property because the door knob was locked and the deadbolt was the code to get in. It unlocked deadbolt but not doorknob. We did not have internet service to call the Property Manager and it was very late at night and everything was closed in town. We drove home! »

« We loved our stay at this cabin in Riggins. The views and location were fantastic, and the deck was a perfect place to relax. The cabin was very well stocked and thoughtfully set up—we especially enjoyed the record player and games. It’s dog friendly without feeling like a typical dog rental, which we really appreciated. The host was very responsive and even surprised us with an early check-in when we arrived about 40 minutes early. Comfortable, beautiful, and well cared for—we’d happily stay...

"Un sĂ©jour catastrophique car Ă  notre arrivĂ©e Ă  16h20 Ă  l hĂŽtel , personne Pas de rĂ©ponse au tĂ©lĂ©phone AprĂšs plus d une heure d attente et de communication avec hĂŽtel.com. Il dĂ©cide de me rembourser. À 18h30 nous reprenons la route pour trouver un hĂŽtel Ă  100 km plus loin. L hĂŽtel aurait pu nous envoyer un mail car il y avait des digicodes sur les portes des chambres. Peu ĂȘtre hĂŽtel.com pourra nous offrir une gratuitĂ© de chambre aurait pu vu du dĂ©sagrĂ©ment et de notre fidĂ©litĂ©"
