« This property was amazing. I had 10 of my family members stay with me for my graduation and everyone was able to have their own bed and or space. No room felt too congested even when we all gathered in the living room. Everytime I called the host answered and got back to me in a timely fashion. After my graduation the host even allowed more of my out state family members to come over and enjoy dinner with no problems. This house is 100% a house you want to stay at!! « Overall place was great and was in perfect location for our family trip to a ravens game. However we were looking forward to the fire pit on the roof but there was no full propane tanks. There was multiple empty propane tank »

« The property was immaculate and very comfortable for our family of 7. It is in a great neighborhood that was perfect for our daily excursions. The host was excellent and gave us immedite replies for any of our concerns. »

« This apartment is right across the street from the historical Hill Center that hosts free community concerts weekends through the summer. The location is 5 minutes from the Eastern Market and all kinds of incredible shops. The apartment is cozy, clean and private. Judy and Paul are so lovely! Highly recommended »

« We absolutely loved this place. Location and home are perfect. So relaxing! The deck was just great for a morning cup of coffee and all the birds and sounds were so peaceful! We were literally blown away by this home. The house was stocked with everything you could need. This is one of my favorite places I have stayed yet! Great job! »

« Stayed for girls night out in Arlington. Accommodated 4 of us comfortably and was so comfortable, cozy, spotlessly clean, and quiet. Communication with host was fast and helpful. One of the best parts was enjoying morning coffee in the picturesque garden/ back patio. A wonderful quiet respite of a stay amongst the fun hustle and bustle of Arlington/DC. Perfect! Will stay again! »

« Location was perfect for restaurant & harbor proximity. Decently clean for old home and decently appointed w/ linens and kitchen supplies. We had a number of concerns/questions and host was super responsive. Got back to me almost immediately every time and was very accommodating. Cons: Had to wait to get address until day of arrival which made it hard, as we had older parents checking in to the property before us, and we couldn't give them the info as we were en route on a plane. Not a lot...
