« I accidentally booked this hotel which I believed to be in the area I was staying but it was a full day away. Called after 5 minutes and tried to get a hold of hotel a total of 8 times and no answers pretty unreliable for a hotel not to answer their own phone. Wasted 200$ and no refund . Would not want to stay here money hungry do not care about guests. »

« Linens were laundered in a prison. Dirty boot prints on all layers of blankets and sheets and stained carpet. Closet so dark I had to drop the safe door on my hand before knowing what it was.
