« What a pleasant surprise. The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains. We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time. The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel. The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...

« When you drive all day, you would like to take a nice warm to hot shower; this place had lukewarm water at best. Will not come back again. Normally, places you stay at street level have a thin privacy shade to just cover up the window for privacy, then a thick drape; this place didn't have a privacy shade. « The check in was simple and easy. We were not told anything about WiFi password or ice. Only restaurant choice on night we got there was to order delivery which was $25 for a small slice of lasagna with a small slice of bread with an additional 20% fee and a $5 delivery charge- so $35 for a small cold piece of lasagna and no table to eat it at in the room. « The place was clean and the view is beautiful if you have a Riverview room, otherwise you would be looking at the parking lot. The pool was closed during our stay but opened the following day.
