„We had a wonderful and unforgettable stay in what is probably one of the most beautiful hotel complexes in Kigali in an excellent location. Special mention must be made of the extremely friendly and thorough cleaning staff and the attentive and consistently helpful restaurant staff. „Urban by CityBlue in Kigali was a great stay! It is centrally located in a very walkable and safe area of Kigali. It is in close proximity to great restaurants and coffee shops as well as close enough to the downtown area to get there easily but far enough away to be quiet. „Ich war beruflich unterwegs und fand alles dafür Erforderliche vor: ein nicht sehr großes, aber modern möbliertes, farblich gut abgestimmtes Zimmer (mit prächtigem Blick über die Stadt); ein ausreichend abwechslungsreiches Frühstück; eine exzellente Internetverbindung. Kein überflüssiger Luxus, jedoch top-sauber, freundliches Personal. Würde das Hotel wieder buchen.“
