« Pas de changement de serviette, pas de renouvellement de cafe non plus…. Sur demande seulement. Pas d’eau chaude, chambre à coté de la buanderie, bruyant des 6h le matin…. Plusieurs chariots de linges sales dans le corridor…. Pour un prix de plus de 600$ pour 2 nuits…. Vraiment pas contente!!! »

« Ocean view was great, breakfast was very worth the stay. Did find blood smeared on the walls near the bathroom and in the bathroom. The lock to the balcony was broke. Our first night, which was Saturday night was very loud. The live music was a terrible punk band that was just screaming and pounding drums. « This property has so much potential as it is super close to the beach but during our stay we constantly requested to have our room cleaned and never did. We actually went to the cleaning staff and asked for sheets so we could change them ourselves. On the last day, we asked one more time for our room and bathroom to be cleaned, she made the bed with the same sheets and put new toilet tissue but did not clean the restroom or even mop and sweep the floor. « This hotel was a disgrace I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! Right after checking in we were told that the elevators weren’t working and that we would have to haul our luggage up 3 flights of stairs and no one offered to even help. We had to take the stairs our entire weekend stay! »

« This was a clean hotel. No musty smells, comfortable beds, clean. Kids enjoyed hot chocolate downstairs in the evening. Only “meh” concern was they seemed to not refill the breakfast area. There tend to be early breakfast eaters because of the tournaments nearby. Didn’t seem to keep up with the bar, so by 8am it was wiped out. Otherwise, we loved the place. »
