The night counter petson was very rude when asked about it and said it is posted on the front counter and was very rude about the situation. »

« The staff couldn't find my Expedia reservation so I paid with a different card and when I checked out the next day the money I paid Expedia triggered and I basically paid twice and everyone I've contacted at Expedia and Courtyard by Marriott St cloud has done nothing to help to return the money that by the way was almost $30 over what I paid when I made the reservation through Expedia. This has been an absolute nightmare dealing with your staff. »

« The room was a smoking room which i picked, but as soon as you open the door, you got hit with a strong but stale smell of weed. It was so strong that i checked out at 11:15pm after checking in at about 5. Ive stayed at this place before and it was fine, so it may have just been this room as it was the first time i stayed in a smoking room. »

« The breakfast is waffle, cereal, juice, Coffee, powder creamer. The ceiling in the rooms bathroom is crumbling, bed was clean, and someone’s left overs were left in the fridge, the staff was super nice, »

« Bathroom inside is super small and not much privacy as you can hear everything and the ac unit I think is in need of replacing as it didn't cool down in there very well. No running water in the cabin. »
