« Our room and the rest of the hotel was very well maintained and modern. We loved all the extra amenities like a large selection of breakfast food (including hot items) at the complimentary breakfast. We also LOVED the free coffee bar with tea and hot chocolate too. The coffee was ground right there and SO good. The staff was so nice and room was very comfortable. »

« Quand nous sommes arrivés. Nous avons passer près de 20 minutes avant de trouver notre réservation. La chambre qu'on nous a assigné n'était même pas prête. Il devait avoir une piscine. Mais elle n'était pas en fonction. Le déjeuner n'était pas terrible. Cette hôtel nous avait été assigné par hotel.com suite à une cancelation d'un autre hôtel qui nous à informer qu'il n'y avait plus de place malgré un numéro de réservation. »

« C’était excessivement mal propre. Les tapis, les murs….. Une odeur de humidité et moisissure présente . Meubles très désuets. Nous avions réservé 2 nuits et avons resté seulement une car ça nous écœurait trop. C’est un peu de notre faute, nous voulions une hôtel pas cher…… plus jamais! »

« Staff was really nice. Breakfast was great. Even supplied complementary ice scraper and gloves during a winter storm. That was nice because we forgot ours at home. Heater was a little noisy in the room. Good price »

We went back to the desk and talked to Steve about it. he gave us a different room. before he gave us the room he made sure the room was in good shape. If we make it back to the area we would stay there again. thanks again Steve for going beyond taking care of us. »
