« This is where we always want to stay when visiting, picking up, or dropping off our son to ISU. It's a very convenient location and the staff is wonderful. Last year, when we came down to help him move out of the dorm, the whole place was decorated with ISU merch and graduation decorations... it felt like a home away from home. It's a big part of why we like so much that our son chose to attend ISU and of course gives us more reason to come down and visit him. Thank You! »

« I made a reservation through Expedia, but I was very disappointed when we arrived at the hotel around 11 PM and were told that Expedia had not confirmed our reservation with Home2 Suites. Thankfully, the staff member was very kind and helpful. He assisted us in making another reservation, even though the available room was not the type I originally reserved for our group of six. I truly appreciated his effort and willingness to help us despite the situation. »

« The property and the room was clean and the staff was very professional. We did not use the pool but it looked like a nice pool. I gave it 3 stars only because it is long overdue for a remodel. Also, there were not a lot of people staying there but they put someone in the room right next to us and in the room right across. Those people were not loud but you could still hear them when they came in at midnight and were running water. And also when they were watching TV. »
