« Great location and price, however there was a strong mildew smell in the hallway and our room (third floor). I believe there were water issues as a noticed the ceiling in our room showed water damage and even had a large crack where I assumed water leaked out of at one point. The carpet also had a big stain of which I assumed was either red wine or blood. The bathroom grout needed to be cleaned. Otherwise, nice size room just wish the smell wasn’t so strong. Parking is also $12 a night. »

« The decor was very welcoming, and we really liked the exposed brick, which gave it a historical feel along with the very modern chandelier and bathroom. It was easy to access, and the restaurant next-door rivals that of larger cities. »

« It was really nice inside. We were lucky and caught a rainstorm during our stay and it was just so relaxing to sit on the porch during it. Had everything we could possibly need and was easy to get it comfortable as soon as we got in. »

« This is a great little spot on Texoma. Easy access to Willow Springs Marina and just all around convenient. Host was great and the place met all of my needs and more. »
