« Was not allowed to check in and they still charged me the room fee for the night. I booked for my daughter and she was denied access to the room. She was told that we were going to get a full refund, but the claim was denied. I’m not sure if this was Expedia or LivAway. I was charged the room fee for the night even though, LivAway denied access to the room. I’m attaching all the receipts. »

« The staff was terrible. The front desk person (we did not know she was the check in person) was outside when we arrived and saw us unloading our baggage. instead of going inside to check us in, she stayed outside and made us wait for 10-15 minutes wondering where the check in person was. When I went outside to ask her where the check in person was, she said she was the one and said she was on her way inside. « None of our outlets worked, kinda run down but it’s a place to sleep. Pancakes were paper thin a machine made them for you, the bagel and bread smelled bad. The orange juice was like water. »
