« Room was not clean and staff was rude »

« This place is run down, dirty, and loud. The furniture is from the 90’s and the pull out couch is like sleeping on a torture rack. We found several items in our room that seemed to have been left by former guests, and other signs of haphazard cleaning. There was a very loud party going on downstairs in the ballroom with bass so loud we could feel it until after 10 PM! And the hotel staff didn’t warn us or seem to care. The breakfast was mediocre and the pool was nothing special. Hard pass. »

« The air conditioner was great. The room was clean but had to request bath towels and hand towels. The TV was not working and that was very unacceptable for my spouse. We had requested a room on the first floor and it was not reserved for us. We are staying with this establishment in May 2026 and have requested a room on the first floor. Hopefully it was reserved. I will let you know in May 2026. »
