« The only reason that I didn't give them four stars is that there was so much light on the front of the building that you could not sit on the chairs and see any stars. I assumed that a place called dark skies would have lights that are motion sensored or more dim so that you could take in the night sky, so we walked about a block down the road to see the stars. « This property was perfect for our family of four. It was cozy with warm blankets, comfortable beds, and comfortable seating. The views were unbelievable! « What a wonderful place. Excellent Communication, clean, and plenty of relaxation. It has abundant wildlife for entertainment, abundant stars at night, and a comfortable feel as if you have been there for years. In case you're wondering, my 2019 lifted Ram fit in the garage, tight, yes, but fit. Deer came up to the windows and we found big kitty tracks so watch your fur babies. Will stay again. « We had such a wonderful time celebrating Thanksgiving in this space. There is beautiful natural light in the living room, beautiful views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains, a cozy wood-burning stove, and lots of opportunities to stargaze in the hot tub at night.
