„Good value for money. Friendly and very helpful staff, unfortunately I had a cricket in the room and no bug spray in the Hotel. Staff was very helpfull and in no time I had another room. Breakfast is not very exciting but for free.“

„Ich bin eigentlich nicht so anspruchsvoll aber für 94 Euro erwarte ich ein sauberes, ansprechendes, kühles und gut riechendes Zimmer. Das ist hier nicht der Fall, sicherlich ich habe schon in viel schlimmeren Hotels übernachtet aber auch, wie vor zwei Jahren für etwas über die Hälfte des Preises und das war einfach Top, seit Corona gehen die Preise nach oben aber die Sauberkeit und Qualität, wie hier nach unten. Deswegen auch keine gute Bewertung.“

„The overall stay was great. The B unit was like brand new. Lots of coffee was provided and the coffee machine was amazing. There were, however, a few things that could be improved. I wasn’t given an entry code so we had to use an app on the phone to get in every time which was annoying. Be sure to ask for a code. „Stayed here to visit our son at Miami University (35 min drive to campus). The setting is beautiful and the yellow farmhouse sits back from the road and from the other rental property, so we had total privacy. Thoughtful set up outside with patio and fire pit. Walk to the river was a bonus. I love to bird watch, and tallied 30 species on day one. Metamora is a cute town nearby. Recommend The Blue Umbrella for breakfast. Lots of hiking around Brookville Lake. House very comfortable and well laid ...
