„This is a wonderful place for a big-family get-together. There are many bedrooms and we easily accommodated 15 people (10 adults, 5 children). The game room in the attic was a huge hit. The property itself is lovely too, with a huge yard and some adjacent woods with a walking path. I definitely recommend it!“

„We came in mid October to enjoy a peaceful trip to see waterfalls and fall foliage.We started at Niagara Falls only a couple of hours to the VRBO. The location of this Cottage is perfect for visiting several places. We visited Letchworth State Park, Watkins Glen, Port Byron (Erie Canal), and other scenic sites. The cottage was quiet at night. „The house was very well laid out, cute decorations, and pretty much had everything we needed. Even the beds were very comfortable! The hot tub was wonderful, and general items in the kitchen and around the house (extra linens, toilet paper, etc.) were easy to find. The walk to the lake was easy and short, too, and very pleasant even in the cold (we visited in March). We would gladly stay here again, and we're interested in seeing how it is in warmer weather!“
