« We were in Cedar Falls for the AAU Iowa State Championship meet. The breakfast didnt have any breakfast style eggs (hard boiled only) no waffles. The hotel states the rooms are sound proofed, but they arent! kids were running up and down the halls at least until 11ish pm, when we had to be up and checked out by 645 am »

« This was a dirty hotel, the bathroom door didn't close, the shower was dirty, there was ants all over the bathroom floor, walls, and in the sink. »

« I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was extremely dirty and rundown—it honestly shouldn’t even be available for guests. There was visible mold on the towel racks, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. The pillows were paper-thin and uncomfortable, and nothing about the space felt clean or maintained. On top of that, the room looked nothing like the pictures advertised, which was very misleading. I...

« Well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and polite. I travel a lot and was very happy with the room. »

« Exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable. Host very accommodating, and surrounding property is very spacious. Am a little torn because I want to make sure everyone knows it's a great place to stay, but at the same time want to keep it my own secret so it's available whenever I want to go back! »

« For the price it worked out very nice. Large room with fridge microwave toaster and coffee maker. Extra bonus they had a Tesla charger out back I could charge with. Gated parking was nice and the rooms had easy access with coded lock.Jack was a good communicator With all that though, even though they had strict warnings against smoking and a large fine attached if caught, the room still smelled like strong smoke, which I couldn't get past. »

« Room smelled of mold and smoke. Gave an elderly couple an upstairs room with pets. Was not able to regulate the heat in the room. We left after 1 day, owner was unresponsive. Would not recommend. »
