« This is a quiet cabin in the country which was the perfect base to visit Shawnee National Forest from. It had A/C, WIFI, and QUIET which are all the things I was looking for. My husband and I enjoyed our stay, and our hosts were great to bring over a new coffee maker when the one in the cabin stopped working. It was a nice and relaxing trip with easy access to dining and scenery. Really enjoyable. »

« Beautiful quiet area, enjoyed the hot tubafter a day of exploring the area. Thw weather had s ow but roads were cleared pretty quick. The house was very homey feeling you walk in and felt like home!! »

« This apartment was well furnished and very clean. It was perfect for 2 people, including sitting area, fireplace and nice outdoor space to sit and relax. We found the hot tub clean but not too hot and jets were okay. The shower did give a nice high pressure massage and kitchen was furnished with all the necessities. We enjoyed the stay and sorry we didn’t find time to make use of the bicycles provided. It was close to all the Shawnee NF spots but did keep us out all day enjoying the great hiking...

« We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is older but has all the comforts of home, with lots of thoughtful touches throughout. Anytime we needed something, it was there — from toiletries and cooking spices to little candies left for the kids when we checked in.We loved the remote, rural setting — it was peaceful and a great place to unwind after long days of hiking, biking, and exploring the forest. « The property is phenomenal. The view is so beautiful we had our coffee on the deck every morning. It is a hidden gem. The owners are wonderful people. I highly recommend staying at the Rustic Ridge. You won’t be disappointed. I definitely want to return. »
