« Comfortable and spacious for 3 people! We slept well which is #1 priority for us. It was mostly clean. It is well decorated. The location would be fine if you’re driving a car. But since we used train and bus system it took about 10-15 minutes of walking to get to grocery or restaurants and there aren’t really shops nearby. The host responded quickly to an issue I had but either misunderstood me when I wanted help with it right away or just didn’t do it. We had some trouble finding the key...

« Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern, schön und hochwertig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Sie ist in einer sehr schönen Gegend. Die Bushaltestelle, ein Supermarkt sowie Restaurant befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Auto konnten wir in einer hochwertigen Tiefgarage abstellen. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und empfehlen die Unterkunft unbedingt weiter. »

« Nous avons réservé un cottage au Bürgenstock pour 9 200 CHF/3 nuits. À l’arrivée, nous avons découvert qu’il n’y avait pas de climatisation, alors qu’il faisait 35°C. Impossible d’y séjourner correctement. L’hôtel étant complet, on nous a proposé une chambre au Waldhotel, moins bien, avec vue montagne, mais avec un supplément de 3 720 CHF par nuit : totalement inacceptable.
