« The staff at the breakfast bar were really great and helpful. Having to pay for parking…really. That’s ridiculous!! »

« The lobby and open areas were clean and pretty. However, the room was dirty. The sink was clogged; one bed was dirty and stained; the floors were not cleaned. The walls and trim had nicks and needed to be repaired and painted. We had no housekeeping so rather than changing rooms they brought us clean sheets so we could remake the beds. The breakfast was ok. The check out was extremely easy and efficient. »

« Located in heart of Hot Springs National Park across from Bathhouse Row. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had excellent views of Hot Springs from our room. Breakfast was very good. Outside bar on roof was a little warm for us. Staff friendly and helpful. Valet service was very good. Several good restaruants within walking distance. »

« The location is easy to get in and out off with everything Hot Springs has to offer in a drivable distance. The hot tub was a fantastic addition to the room and made it feel more luxurious. Only complaint was the mattress but have purchased a memory foam topper to travel with (not the first hotel we've needed it). Will definitely be staying here for many more weekend getaways! »

« Everything was exceptional. The room was just as shown on the booking. The balcony was very clean. The bathroom was spotless. Only thing is lifting the wonderful weighted bed cover and seeing the natural cotton on the inside brown from rewashing. But overall such a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and professional. »
