„Semua ok kecuali bilik hotel, lantai kotor. Pintu toilet patut diperbaiki. Lantai juga perlu di tukar agar lebih hygiene.“

„Rats! Rats! Rats! In almost every room. Couldnt sleep because of it. No small rats either. “

„Quite good!“

„Bin geschäftlich immer wieder in diesem Hotel, 3-4 mal pro Jahr. Es passt soweit alles, eventuell könnte das Frühstücksbüffet etwas internationaler sein. Es ist zu bedenken, Malaysia ist ein überwiegend muslimisches Land.“

„The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. The housekeeping team should clean the room every day by changing the linen, towels and bins frequently. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay the reception staff were helpful. But I feel there are a lot of things that can be improved.“

„ボデーソープの瓶が空でした。 朝食のメニューが毎日同じでした。 長期の滞在でしたので1日3点無料で洗濯してもらえたのは、助かりました。“

„Not the whole building is a hotel so don’t get blended by the picture. The lobby is a non air conditioned simple and dark area with a temporary looking check-in desk. The hotel has no breakfast room, there is no breakfast at all. Air conditioning in the room works only limited. So if you are looking for a nice 4 star hotel, this is not the place to go. „Time to upgrade“

„The hairdryer was broken and the bathroom ceiling had a big hole...“

„The reception staff were helpful and polite. The room was spacious with a pantry, dining table and sufficient bathroom amenities. However, the pillow didn't feel clean or fresh and the room smelled of moth balls which reduced somewhat after a few days but did not completely go away. The location was a bit far for me and LDP can be quite jam especially at peak hours.“

„New place. Clean room. Only downside is that the mall not fully open. “

„Excellent staff. Poor hotel. No refrigerator in room. Only one small recessed ceiling light in bathroom. I was unable to shave with razor, so I bought a light for the bathroom. Only two clothes hangers. I asked for more and was given two more even though I needed 8 . I bought more hangers. No stall or curtain for shower so water goes all over the floor and is very slippery. I bought a shower mat for personal safety. No work desk for computer use. No laundry service or laundry facilities at ...

„Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ok, aber für jede Kleinigkeit musste extra bezahlt werden (z.B. zusätzliches Kopfkissen). Den in der Buchungsbestätigung aufgeführten Shuttle-Service gibt es nicht! Die Fahrt vom Airport zum Hotel mussten wir selbst organisieren!“

„Not suitable for families, specially with children. Used for not so good reasons,“
