« Hotel was nice enough and placement is great. The staff was very professional. The low rating solely pertains to the fact that the water in the swimming pool was moldy! I smelt it when I came in but thought that it was from somewhere in the facility which is not that unusual but after jumping in I was in no doubt that the water quality was not monitored or maintained in anyway. Afterwards my skin and swimsuit reeked of the rotten water :-( makes me wonder if that is the only area of neglect in...

« Exceptional Hotel, located right on the snow, views up to the main peak and across to the magic carpet, chair lifts and cable cars. The village with restaurants and shops is also very close, just a short walk from the hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful, the breakfast was abundant with a selection of both eastern and western foods. Special thank you to Julie and Kohl for taking such good care of us at breakfast. The Chinese restaurant did an amazing hot pot cooked with coals, and the...

« Luxury hotel with excellent food and beverage options. Very helpful staff to help us with sightseeing and outdoor activities. »

« Very clean »

Staff were very friendly though, and it’s very close to the ski area. Good restaurants...

« All stuff’s attitude is super nice , while the room is not very clean that there is thick dust on bed head and dirties on the tiles in kitchen. The water of shower room is leaking out thru the door. The water heating machine is not working, have to call technician to turn it on manually. »
