« Bedrooms are fair. Bathroom needs a full refurbish. No hot water in showers. Very dirty floors. »

« The room was clean and spacious. The staff were really helpful. The welcome drink was delicious. The bed was really comfortable. The only disappointment was that the WiFi was extremely weak and the power kept cutting out on the first night and there was a delay before the generator kicked in. »

« There ant in the room otherwise very good stay »

« Had a 4 night stay in March 2026 when the 2 rooms which I booked were not cleaned at all. Requested this to be done on 2 separate occasions and on both occasions not cleaned. Had to request further clean towels and toilet rolls during my stay. « I stayed at the Radisson and it was nice, but problem with english.Food " very Indian " Food not bad they could do much better. I went for dental surgery, but was too scared to go outside of the hotel. The Radisson is in a very Bad location. Outside the hotel, too dirty, much begging and too much noise. Reception staff were wonderful. »

« A nice location and good facilities. »

The towels were dirty, and the curtains had holes in them. If this is the condition of their premium suite, I can only imagine the state of their standard rooms. To make matters worse, the staff lacked basic manners and professionalism. The overall experience was far below expectations and completely...
