« セルフバーが楽しかった。利用者が少なくて貸し切りのように静かに飲めました。景色も良かった。温泉も広くてゆっくり入れました。朝のバイキングは酢飯やお刺身、ネギマグロなどがあり海鮮丼を自分流で作って朝からしっかりといただきました。 »

« A beautiful tucked away spot in Hakuba! The surrounding forest was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts. About 15min walk to Goryu or they can take you in the shuttle. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and accommodated for, also a lovely spot focusing around keeping your dogs happy and taken care of. Spacious cabin feel and a decent restaurant with some nice options :) I would recommend this to anyone visiting in the winter or summer »

« The resort was first class. We loved the Onsen which they had both private and public. They had no restrictions on Tattoos. The breakfast was great and we saved a lot of money on dinners since they had free wine, soups, miso, udon, etc every afternoon. »

« 何度も長野の旅を経験してますが、白馬には初めて宿泊しました。お部屋は広くて機能的で、概ね快適に過ごせました。冷蔵庫にはコーラと氷結のサービスもあり嬉しかったです。洗面台が高いと口コミにありましたが、本当に高くて（私も子供も身長150センチ程）多少つま先立ちで使用しました。お子さんが一緒だと抱え上げるのも大変そうなので、ステップがあるといいと思います。洗面台前の可動式の全面鏡が、好きな場所を隠せたりする（入口や洗面）のは便利でした。エレベーター近くにウォーターサーバー、洗濯機、アイスディスペンサーと自販機あり。温泉エリアのドアは暗証番号の入力が必要で、セキュリティがしっかりしていると思いました。一つだけ、温泉の利用時間がスタッフの居る10時までだったので、夕食後に慌ただしく入らなければいけなかったのが残念でした。部屋はシャワーだけなので、12時頃までは利用できた方が折角の良いお風呂が楽しめると思いました。と色々書きましたが、また白馬に泊まる時はリピートしたいホテルでした。 »

« Got to the place pretty late and was expecting to just ramen in myself but I was welcomed by Mike at the parking lot to pick my luggage to my room! Thankful to have Leo and Mike to cook BBQ for me! Dinner was just next level❤️ great stay that feels like HOME! Thanks to Mike recommendation, my intinery is set for the next 2 days ! »

« I visited Hakuba Sun Valley with my partner and 2 children and we LOVED it! The location is amazing, directly opposite the chair lift, and the staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. We will definitely be staying here again next season! »
