„I’ve stayed here a couple times now and I Love this place. Everyone is nice and accommodating, rooms are very clean and nice, the bed is so soft and comfortable I literally slept 10 hours straight and didn’t move. I can’t tell you the last time I’ve done that. The price is a bonus. “

„Great view from room 713! Loved that the bathroom door was not facing our beds! Appreciated the service at check in but was not aware of the water and ice available until we asked after the 2nd day. Valet was great! Elevators were fast! Great room service for cleaning! “

„Easy acces to and from the Blue Ridge Parkway. I like walking so I didn't mind the 50 minutes walk to downtown Asheville (I avoided the tunnel). In fact it was a beautiful day and the walk hat some fantastic views of Asheville and the surrounding mountains. Papas and Beer was a good recommendation for dinner close to the hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the use of disposable plates, cutlery etc at breakfast.“

„This was a wonderful, last minute stay for us. The hotel is fairly new but it exudes a 1920's art deco charm. The food in the hotel restaurant, Lumiosa, is exquisite, and the rooftop bar has three separate patios plus interior climate-controlled seating. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and the bathroom has plenty of shelving space. The staff is outstanding.
