„Room was clean, breakfast was great. The only complaint I had was they wanted to shut the pool down during normal operating hours for cleaning… why not clean it during the night when it’s already closed? We stayed at that hotel specifically for the pool and slides only to be told it was going to be closed. Thankfully, they delayed the closing so my family could enjoy the pool and slides. Thank you staff for doing that, my kids loved it!“

„I arrived fairly late and the check in was by a kiosk which I wasn't real happy about. The person isn't there to see what's happening and couldn't help the person in front of me who had the wrong date for check in. There's no elevator but it's only 2 levels. It's an older hotel and needs an update with worn carpets, etc. It's in an ok part of town and felt safe. There was a good variety of items for breakfast. The air conditioning worked well. The hotel was very quiet and the beds ...

„Room was below expectation - linen felt quite „wett“ due to climate condition an heavy cooling down aircondition - toilet was not fully functional: had to open the tank cover to trigger filling it every second flush or so… Breakfast was good and attended - so, someone took care of filling up eveyithing! Appreciated that!“

„Staff member was excellent but first room had not been vacuumed so had pistachio shells on the carpet. The next room had 2 dead bugs on the floor that I googled to ensure what they were and it said a type of cricket. Not sure how it had a 9.2 or was it 9.4 rating and we paid $178.00 Canadian for it. Would not stay there again.“
