« L'hotel est bien situĂ© car prĂšs d'une station de mĂ©tro qui mĂšne au centre de Ondres mais la chambre qui nous a Ă©tĂ© attribuĂ©e Ă©tait sale, il y avait des taches sur la moquette, des toiles d'araignĂ©es au plafond, les toilettes etaient sales avec je ne sais quoi dedans et le 2Ăšme jour ils lnt mĂȘme Ă©tĂ© utilisĂ©s pendant notre absence... Un cauchemard.
Les draps étaient propres et l'accueil convenable. J'ai fait une vidéo que je vous enverrai. »

« Great little place to stay. There was free parking on the road opposite which was handy. The room was very clean, and the owners were friendly. Check-in was easy and quick. For the price, I would definitely stay here again. It also had a air-conditioning unit/heater as in the photo which I appreciated. »

« Persistent heavy cigarette smoke smell in the room for both nights which did not clear even after ventilating. We woke up with dry/sore throats.
We reported the issue during the stay to staff member Rosalina, who acknowledged it and provided free parking as a goodwill gesture, but the problem remained unresolved.
An alternative room offered could not accommodate 5 guests, so moving after settling in with children was not practical.
There were also cleanliness issues (spiderwebs).

« We are giving Premier Inn Edgware 3 stars. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, we didnât feel very welcomed. The receptionist told us that our booking was ânot actually valid,â but that he would let it go this time.
